One to One training camps and clinics

Your personal training clinic with Tri Sport

Triathlon, Running, Swimming, Cycling, or Bike Fit, in clinic form or single individual sessions. From targeting a specific event like Ironman or 1st time sprint distance, to a specific disciplines of the sport like transitions, swim video analysis, marathon or open water swim clinics -- you name it and we can help!

Typically we run these for individuals and small groups from 2 to 6, 1/2 day to five days; each day consisting of 3-6 hours of coached training and fitness classes along with 1-2 hours of teaching, technique and detailed instructions. Each clinic is designed for you - to address you specific needs.

We can build you any type of program based entirely on your goals and requirements in any discipline from Personal Fitness to Triathlon and tailored precisely for your needs. 3 day 'boot camp' with swimming, TT cycling and track work? Want to test your VO2 max, or have an underwater video session? You pick what you want.

  • 3 hours to 6 days of swim, bike, run, weights, functional & core, nutrition and more - you will work with us to tailor a clinic for you.
  • VO2 max & Lactate Threshold, Max HR testing at COCC Exercise Physiology Lab.
  • 1/2 & full day swim clinics limited to 6 to keep the elements of individualized instruction, with the same underwater video equipment used at the Olympic Training Center
  • Open water clinics at any of the Cascade Lakes near Bend, OR
  • 1/2 or Full Ironman workshops covering everything from mass starts w/2000 swimmers to race day nutrition, building your own training plans and more!
  • Have a small group training for their first triathlon? - we can give 1/2 or full day clinics that help you reach those goals with confidence. From training smarter in less time to proper recovery after workouts
  • 5k's to Marathon - we can give you the professional gait analysis on video that will help you run smoother, more efficiently, and reduce risk of injury
