Join us for trail running in the scenic Sandia Foothills! Finish challenge - a relay team run around Sandia Mountain!
Weekly group training runs ranging from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours.
- Half Marathon race training schedule
- Run gait analysis and training, drills
- Technical gear, shoes etc instructions
- Nutrition, hydration and supplementation talks
- Nov 2th relay around and over the Sandia Mountain with your 4-6 person team! (Each person runs their choice of 4-7 mile sections)
Saturdays 8:00-9:30AM, Oct 2nd to Nov 6th. Meeting locations primarily in the Sandia Foothills with a field trip to Placitas as well. 6 weeks of training and running. Cost includes a Tri Sport Coaching dri fit tee.
Cost is $59.
