Join us for our pre-race Triathlon Clinic at Saturday April 16th, 3:30-5:30PM at Rio Rancho Aquatic Center. Overview of the course, run gait, transitions, swim analysis, race day nutrition and more. Limited to 20 participants, cost $15 if you signed up for the Spring Fling Triathlon, $20 otherwise.
