REGISTRATION CLOSED
This class will help you improve strength, conditioning, balance & core, and flexibility before the ski season arrives! Sport specific exercises using weights, bands and speed drills. Intensity level is modifiable, we will build the endurance allowing you to go FARTHER, HARDER and FASTER!
10 weeks, Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm starting October 6 going through December 8.
Cost: $129 S&W members, $155 non-members
